Principle of ultrasonic plastic welding :
When an ultrasonic plastic welder is applied to a thermoplastic contact surface, it generates tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations per second. This high frequency vibration with a certain amplitude will transmit ultrasonic energy through the upper welding joint to the weld area and will produce local high temperature due to the large acoustic impedance at the weld area (i.e. the interface between the two welds). In addition, due to the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it cannot be distributed and clustered in the welding area in time, leading to the rapid melting of the contact surface of the two plastics and the fusion into a whole after a certain pressure
