Precautions for use of ultrasonic welding equipment

1. The ultrasonic plastic welding machine cannot be put into use immediately after the power is turned on. It is necessary to wait for two minutes before putting into use after the ultrasonic test is normal.

2. The ultrasonic welding head cannot pass the test and identification during the inspection. Do not continue to use it. Otherwise, the power components of the ultrasonic generator will be burnt.

3. Ensure that the compressed gas provided is dry and clean, and regularly check whether the inside of the filter at the back of the ultrasonic welding machine is clean.

4. Before replacing the ultrasonic upper grinding, check whether there is oxide at the connection position. If yes, please use 800 # abrasive paper to polish it and wipe it with alcohol before installation. The assembly shall be fastened without any looseness.

5. The ultrasonic abrasive can pass the ultrasonic test, but the heating phenomenon of more than 40 ℃ during the use period needs to wait for its natural conditions to cool before continuing to use.

6. The frequency of each ultrasonic welding head shall be adjusted before use. After the abrasive tool is aged, improper cutting and processing is strictly prohibited. Improper processing will change the frequency of the abrasive tool, which will damage the ultrasonic machine.
