Last Friday, we Altrasonic had a team building activity.

In the morning, we set off to Xinsha Island in Fuyang. We have to take a boat to the island. We went to the supermarket to buy a lot of ingredients and were going to barbecue on the island. We also went picking mulberries together, which was very interesting. During the barbecue, we divide the work reasonably and proceed in an orderly manner. After the barbecue, some competitions were also launched.

The meaning of team building:

1. Team building can clarify the goals of the team and enhance the team spirit and team awareness of employees. Through clear division of labor and cooperation, improve the team's ability to deal with problems better when facing problems together, exercise the team to cooperate with each other for common goals, and complete tasks better and faster.

2. Outdoor development training can enhance the cohesion of the team. Team building can enhance mutual understanding between employees, allow employees to tolerate and trust each other, and allow team members to respect each other, thereby bringing closer the relationship between employees and allowing individuals to form a closer whole.

3. can motivate the team. The team spirit allows the team members to recognize the individual differences, and allows the team members to learn from each other's strengths and work hard to progress in a better direction.

4. can coordinate the relationship between individuals in the team and enhance the feelings between team members. When conflicts arise, other team members and the "leader" of the team will coordinate their ideas. Team members will also give up or temporarily slow down personal conflicts for the benefit of the team, focusing on the overall situation. After facing some problems together many times, the team members will have a tacit understanding between them. Sharing the joys and sorrows also allows the team members to care for and understand each other, and enhance the feelings between the team members.
