Description:

 

In the production of ultrasonic components, we will observe the current of the device to detect the resonance and anti-resonance frequencies and their respective electrical impedances. Because anti-resonance is the frequency at which the current meets the maximum impedance, resonance is the frequency of the minimum impedance. Altrasonic's impedance analyzer can detect the minimum and maximum current points while scanning the drive frequency, thereby detecting resonance and anti-resonance frequencies. The detection instrument comes with an ARM processor, which can be impedance. The operation is simple and easy to carry.

Q: Can this analyzer connect to PC ?

Q:Can data be stored in the storage media (USB Hard Drive... etc.)?

A: At present, it support PC storage, we have reserved USB port and after we update the software,the date can be directly storaged into USB Hard Drive or mobile phone.

Q:How to judge the defects for the ceramic on you analyzer?

A: For piezoelectric ceramics, the merits of the device can be judged directly from admittance circle plots and logarithmic coordinates. If there are delaminations or cracks inside the ceramic plate, the logarithmic curve will appear multi-peaked, and the admittance circle diagram will appear more than one Parasitic small round.
