Principle:


The high-frequency oscillation signal sent by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through the transducer and propagated to the medium-cleaning solvent. The ultrasonic wave radiates forward in the cleaning solution, making the liquid flow and producing tens of thousands of 50-500 diameters μ M tiny bubbles, tiny bubbles existing in liquid vibrate under the action of sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone of ultrasonic longitudinal propagation, while in the positive pressure zone, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly close. The shock wave will be generated when the bubble closes, and thousands of atmospheric pressure will be generated around it, which will destroy the insoluble dirt and disperse them in the cleaning fluid. When the group particles are wrapped in oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil will be emulsified and the solid particles will be separated, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning the cleaning part. In this process called "cavitation" effect, the bubble closure can form a high temperature of several hundred degrees and an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 air pressures.



Effect:


1. Good cleaning effect, high cleanliness and consistent cleanliness of all workpieces. The cleaning speed is fast, the production efficiency is improved, and it is safe and reliable without human contact with the cleaning fluid. Deep holes, fine seams and concealed parts of workpieces can also be cleaned. No damage to the surface of the workpiece, saving solvent, heat energy, work site and labor.

2. The ultrasonic cleaning method is more than the conventional cleaning method, especially the surface of the workpiece is relatively complex, such as some mechanical parts with uneven surface and blind holes, and some products with special small size and high requirements for cleanliness, such as parts of clocks and precision machinery, electronic components, circuit board components, etc., which can achieve ideal results by ultrasonic cleaning.

3. Because of the bubbles generated by cavitation, the gaps and voids between the dirt layer and the surface layer formed by impact penetrate. Because of the simultaneous expansion and contraction of the small bubbles and the sound pressure, the physical force like peeling repeatedly acts on the dirt layer. The dirt layer is stripped layer by layer, and the bubbles continue to penetrate inward until the dirt layer is completely stripped. This is the secondary effect of cavitation. Use Matters:


(1) The power supply of ultrasonic cleaning machine and heater must be well grounded.

(2) It is forbidden to start the ultrasonic cleaning machine without cleaning fluid, that is, the cleaning cylinder does not add a certain amount of cleaning fluid, and the ultrasonic switch cannot be turned on.

(3) It is forbidden to turn on the heating switch when there is no liquid in the cleaning equipment with heating equipment.

(4) It is forbidden to hit the bottom of the cleaning cylinder with heavy objects (iron parts) to avoid damage to the energy converter chip.

(5) The power supply of ultrasonic generator shall use a separate 220V/50Hz power supply and be equipped with a voltage stabilizer above 2000W.

(6) The bottom of the cleaning cylinder shall be washed regularly without excessive sundries or dirt.

(7) When changing the liquid, the parts can be washed only after the ultrasonic is started.



Application Area:


1. Application of ultrasound in pharmaceutical industry

Ultrasonic cleaning technology has been widely used by many pharmaceutical enterprises, especially in the cleaning of penicillin bottles, oral liquid bottles, ampoules, large infusion bottles, and the cleaning of butyl rubber stoppers and natural rubber stoppers. For bottle cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning technology is used to replace the original brush machine. It is realized through the processes of turning water injection, ultrasonic cleaning, internal and external washing, air drying and turning.


2. Application of ultrasonic wave in micro-powder industry

It is well known that to obtain particles of different sizes, the crushed material is grinded in a ball mill and then sieved layer by layer through sieves of different specifications.
