Ultrasonic Welding Machine in Copper Foil and Copper Belt

Principle:

The high-frequency vibration wave is transmitted to the two metal surfaces to be welded, and under pressure, the metal surfaces are rubbed against each other to form a fusion between the molecular layers. The advantages are fast, energy saving, high fusion strength, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, no spark, and near cold state.

Application:

Battery positive and negative ear soldering, terminal welding in wire harness, terminal and terminal soldering, capacitor positive and negative soldering, piece to piece welding, piece to line welding, line to line welding, riveting welding, piece welded on wrench, line welded on wrench.

Component:

The equipment is composed of a generator, a sound resistance component, a pneumatic system, a machine base and a bottom mold. (The acoustic resistance is composed of three parts: transducer, horn, and welding head)

Instruction:

1.   Preparation: Check that the machine accessories are complete. Configure the gas source, the gas source requirement is greater than or equal to 0.6MPa. Machine accessories: transmitter, machine, power cord four core, control line five core, transducer line two core, pedal line three core. Make sure the connection is correct when loading the machine.

2.  Connect the power cable. There are three wires at the end of the power cable, which are L and N. A four-pin socket on one end is connected to the generator.

3.   Plug in the air source, pass the pressure regulating valve and the air pressure gauge to ensure the air pressure is 0.2-0.6Mpa.

4.   Connect the connection cable to the generator and the socket on the machine. Turn on the power button and the indicator light is on.
