The normal condition of the ultrasonic system: the current of the normal vibration unit group (transducer + horn) is 0.3A~0.8A, and the amplitude is 1%~10%.
Common problems and solutions in ultrasonic systems:
1. When air cutting, it was found that the current was large, the amplitude was large, and there was screaming phenomenon.
solution:
1. Adjust the frequency modulation coil until the current and amplitude are adjusted to the lowest point at the same time, then adjust the amplitude to 1% higher than the original amplitude;
2. When the adjustment cannot solve the problem, it is judged that the vibration unit and HORN are damaged.
2. The current of the vibrating box exceeds the situation in the above table.
Solution: Check the HORN, horn and transducer for cracks. If there are cracks, it means that the vibrator is broken; if no cracks are found, remove the HORN and adjust it to resonance. The working condition is normal. When, it shows that HORN is broken.
Three. When cutting cloth, the current is normal, but there is an abnormal sound.
solution:
1. Check whether the vibrator (especially HORN) touches other objects;
2. Through the flower wheel leveling screw, level the flower wheel;
3 Whether the connecting wire has vibrated loose or whether the wire is broken;
4 Whether there are spots on the surface;
4. The current switch of the vibrating box does not light up.
solution:
1. Use a multimeter to check whether the vibration box has power supply.
2. Check whether the protective wire has been burnt, if it is broken, it will indicate two problems:
A. If the vibrator is broken, take this set of vibrators to a normal vibrating box to test (the specific detection method uses the second solution in the order to detect);
B. First open the development vibration box, check whether the power amplifier board is burned out, and then check whether the vibration board is burned out (the method is: take the power amplifier board of the normal vibration box, the vibration board, and the power amplifier of the problematic vibration box The board and the vibrating board are replaced and tested), and then replace with a new fuse (5A).
