We have a customer who needs to use our ultrasonic cutting machine to cut rubber products (trimming), but cannot send samples. So we used a similar product - a power plug for testing.

Let's take a look at the cutting effects demonstrated by the two cutting machines (30kHz VS 40kHz) in the video:

HS-C40 Ultrasonic Cutter
Frequency: 40kHz
Power: 100w

We found that both ultrasonic cutting machines can cut the rubber material on the plug very well. In comparison, the 40kHz ultrasonic cutting knife is more compact and suitable for handheld precision cutting.

However, due to the high ultrasonic absorption rate of certain rubber materials, ultrasonic cutting tools may not effectively process such wave-absorbing rubber. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers send samples for testing. The testing service is free of charge. Upon receipt of the samples, we will promptly provide test videos and images, along with preliminary evaluations and recommendations.
