 By increasing the size of the welding head of the ultrasonic spot welding machine, the welding area of the welding joint can be increased, the resistance can be reduced, and the effective current transmission can be improved.Compared with the traditional fusion welding method, ultrasonic spot welding can avoid the defects such as pores and serious welding deformation in the welding process. Compared with riveting and pressure welding, it can save the cost of surface treatment; Compared with resistance spot welding and friction stir spot welding, it saves both time and energy.
