① Fit

Unlike the longitudinal seal, the structure on the rotating anvil means that the non-woven fabric is only partially connected. The advantage of this is that since there are many target connections, the material properties remain the same. For example, the filtration function is not affected and the material remains elastic.

② Embossing

In the embossing process, non-woven fabrics (such as cotton pads) have a unique structure that is pressed into them. This is done by the anvil drum. The particularity of the material to be connected when it has different colors: the color of the lower track can be seen at the weld. Design effects, such as logos - no additional color printing required.
