Working principle:


Ultrasound refers to sound waves with a frequency exceeding 20000Hz. Ultrasonic cavitation refers to the process of stimulating the growth and rapid collapse of microbubbles in the liquid when ultrasonic waves propagate in the liquid and their intensity reaches a certain threshold. Cavitation bubbles generate local high temperature and pressure at the moment of rapid collapse. Within the range of ultrasonic cavitation intensity, trillions of such bubbles will be generated, thereby promoting a series of physical and chemical changes.


Ultrasonic equipment specifically used for the preparation process of graphene achieves processing goals by applying ultrasonic waves to liquid media, exerting the unique cavitation and mechanical effects of ultrasonic waves.


Feature:


1. Ultrasound is essentially a type of vibration. When broadcasted in a liquid, the magnitude of cavitation is related to the amplitude of the ultrasonic host. The larger the amplitude, the greater the cavitation effect, and vice versa. Under the same operating conditions, by controlling the amplitude, the cavitation effect is also controlled, thereby playing a role in controlling the dispersion effect of graphene.


2. Graphene, as a chemical raw material, undergoes dynamic changes in the viscosity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the liquid during its preparation and application. Therefore, for ultrasonic equipment, the load is also constantly changing. Taking the cell crusher as an example, it is a constant power device, that is, its output power remains unchanged regardless of how the load changes. When the load is large, the amplitude is small, and when the load is small, the amplitude is large.
