Today, three of our foreign trade salesmen gave speeches in English, Rachel, Tom and Doris. The contents of the three people are different, but they are all wonderful and thoughtful.

To sum it up, there are three main points:

1. Be focused on doing one thing and be fully committed. If you do a few things at the same time, you may not be able to do one thing.

2. Learn to enjoy life and make yourself happy.

3. While we are busy with work, we must also give ourselves some time to slow down and live with our hearts. Work well when you work, and live well when you live.
