Ultrasonic plastic welding machines can quickly fuse plastic materials, so they are often used in the processing of various plastic products. Plastic packaging is a processing technology that many products require. In order to improve processing efficiency, many factories use ultrasonic plastic welding machines. We walked into a factory to understand the application of ultrasonic welding technology in vacuum packaging and the steps of welding.

After turning on the power of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine, select the power switch to point to vacuum, and then follow the steps below:

1. Put the plastic bag into the vacuum chamber, and place the mouth of the bag neatly on the heat sealing device.

2. Press down the cover and the vacuum indicator on the panel will light up. When the vacuum pump starts to pump air, the lid will automatically be sucked to ensure the tightness of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the visual scale is from low to high, and the amplitude is small.

3. When the vacuum reaches the specified standard, the pumping ends, the vacuum indicator light goes out, and the inflation indicator light turns on. If you do not need to inflate, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator will go out.

4. The heating and sealing indicator lights up, and the sealing procedure is entered. The panel of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is equipped with heat-sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs to adapt to different thickness and thin material packaging materials. When adjusting the time and temperature, in order to prevent the air-heating temperature from rising suddenly and affecting the welding quality of the plastic packaging, the adjustment range should be small.

5 When the set heat-sealing time is reached, the heat-sealing indicator light goes out and the heat-sealing is over, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum packaging process is all over, ready for the next packaging cycle Prepare.

Ultrasonic plastic welding machines used in vacuum packaging are different from ordinary welding devices, and vacuum devices need to be added to ensure the quality of vacuum packaging. The factory usually customizes welding equipment with appropriate functions to the ultrasonic welding machine manufacturer according to its own vacuum packaging requirements.
