Ultrasonic cutting technology uses sound frequencies to generate vibrations. The high-frequency vibration produced by the ultrasonic cutting knife moves the cutting blade of the machine. The high speed of these vibrations means that the blade moves back and forth thousands of times per second, which allows the cutting knife to easily cut into the material, even for difficult-to-cut materials. Cutting principle
Ultrasonic cutting is an activity involving various objects that rely on ultrasonic energy to cut. Unlike other cutting methods, the edges are very blunt. Once the cutting procedure is completed, it will produce a fusion effect. Electrical pulses are sent to the cutter, causing microscopic vibrations that you can't even see. The material will be heated, softened or even melted, so the actual cutting will not involve too much pressure.

Due to the high frequency vibration generated during the ultrasonic cutting process, it has very little friction, so the material will be difficult to stick to the blade, and more importantly, the cut part will not collapse.
