Application:

Ultrasonic spot welding machine can be used for welding thermoplastic materials within 16mm in the form of riveting welding, piercing welding and spot welding. It is mostly used for automotive interior decoration or socket welding.
The ultrasonic cutter is composed of a “transducer” that generates vibration and an “oscillator” that drives the transducer. A piezoelectric element is used for the transducer. When voltage is applied, the piezoelectric element displaces the transducer by a few micrometers. Periodically applying voltage generates vibration.
Altrasonic new machine, basically meet the product application of lightweight non-woven fabrics.
Ultrasonic cleaner is used to clean jewellery, glasses, ceramics, metals and other substances.
Piezoelectric ceramic transducers realize the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy through the inverse piezoelectric effect, and output power stably.
20kHz ultrasonic analog power supply is specially used for welding N95 masks with multilayer non-woven fabric.
During ultrasonic drilling, the material is removed by micro-grinding or abrasive particle erosion. The tool oscillates at a frequency of approximately 20 kHz by a piezoelectric sensor and an electric oscillator. The tool forces the abrasive grit to normally impact the work surface in the gap between the tool and the workpiece to machine the work surface.
