Application:

Ultrasonic lace stitching machine, also known as ultrasonic lace machine, ultrasonic embossing machine, is a kind of efficient stitching, embossing equipment. It is mainly used for sewing, welding, welding and embossing of synthetic fiber cloth.
The core of the ultrasonic transducer is the piezoelectric ceramic sheet.
Ultrasonic cutting machine is the use of wave energy for cutting equipment, the main feature is cut fast, precise and the cutting edge is smooth.
The 60khz transducer is a high frequency transducer, suitable for small plastic welding equipment, such as buried wire.
Ultrasonic homogenization is achieved by using ultrasonic cavitation and other physical effects in liquid. Physical action refers to that ultrasonic waves can form effective agitation and flow in the liquid to destroy the structure of the medium and crush the particles in the liquid. It is mainly the inter-liquid collision, microphase flow and shock wave that lead to the surface morphology changes of the particles. Cavitation means that under the action of ultrasonic wave, the liquid generates holes in the place with weak strength, namely small bubbles. The small bubbles pulsate with ultrasonic wave, and the holes will collapse within one acoustic cycle. Ultrasonic cavitation also produces strong mechanical effects, producing fast jets or acoustic flushes near the solid interface and powerful shock waves in the liquid.
In response to the epidemic, 20kHz 1500Watt and 15kHz 2600Watt ultrasonic welding systems are specifically designed for mask welding machines.
The equipment is used for the coil embedded in a smart card with Steady welding point, completely eradicate insufficient solder technically.
Ultrasonic spray (FOG) is to use the energy of ultrasonic water or liquid scattered, forming several microns to 100 microns in size of particles, used for air humidifying, granulating, mixing liquid, promote chemical reactions, spraying, molten metal powder etc.
