Application:

We mainly supply two kinds of Ultrasonic transducers: NTK type and Branson type. Widely used in ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic cutting, ultrasonic sewing machine, ultrasonic sonochemistry, ultrasonic wire stripping machine, ultrasonic nebulizer,Ultrasonic riveting machine.

During ultrasonic drilling, the material is removed by micro-grinding or abrasive particle erosion. The tool oscillates at a frequency of approximately 20 kHz by a piezoelectric sensor and an electric oscillator. The tool forces the abrasive grit to normally impact the work surface in the gap between the tool and the workpiece to machine the work surface.
Ultrasonic analog generator technology is mature and cost-effective.
Ultrasonic device consists of ultrasonice transducer, booster and work horn. The transducer is an energy converter, which can converted the high frequency, high power current, output of power supply into reciprocating mechanical energy of the ultrasonic vibration, the vibration frequency output of drive power with the same frequency as the current.
We can replace the front and back cover of the transducer according to the need. The 20k ultrasonic transducer can be installed with ultrasonic thermoplastic welding machine to weld thermoplastic materials.
The high mechanical quality of Altrasonic's piezo transducers ensures that these sandwich-type ultrasonic transducers offer high electro-acoustical efficiency and low heat generation.
Ultrasonic sets consists of generator, transducer and welding sonotrode.
Ultrasonic spot welding is a kind of welding equipment applied to the welding of thermoplastic materials. It can be used by hand or in combination with automatic installation, which is very convenient.
