Ultrasound System in Plane Mask Machine

The flat mask machine produces disposable flat masks as well as the equipment for producing medical masks. The masks produced by this machine are simple in style and easy to wear. The flat masks are produced by using two layers of non-woven fabric and filter paper, and disposable three-layer masks. It is a melt-blown cloth made by adding a layer of filtration between the two layers of fiber non-woven fabrics professionally used for medical and sanitation to achieve 99% or more bacteria prevention through ultrasonic welding.


The mask machine adopts ultrasonic welding. A conveying device is set on the machine table. The semi-finished product of the mask is input to the conveying device. After being drawn by a cylinder and then pressed by an ultrasonic flower wheel, the band is cut to output the finished product. The mask body is placed on the conveyor belt of the machine, and the rest of the subsequent work is fully automatic.



This machine uses ultrasonic waves to fuse the straps on both sides of the mask body to complete the finished strap-type mask. Only one operator needs to place the mask body piece by piece on the conveyor fixture. Mechanical characteristics:
