Description:
The high-power ultrasonic treatment system consists of two parts: an ultrasonic vibration component and an ultrasonic special drive power supply: the ultrasonic vibration component mainly includes a high-power ultrasonic transducer, a horn, and a tool head (emission head) for generating ultrasonic vibration, and this The vibrational energy is emitted to the object. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, ie ultrasonic. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several micrometers. Such amplitude power density is insufficient and cannot be directly used. The horn is amplified in amplitude according to the design and functions to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, and the horn transmits ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and the ultrasonic energy is emitted into the object by the tool head.

Including rectifier circuit, oscillation circuit, amplification circuit, feedback circuit, tracking circuit, protection circuit, matching circuit, display instrument and so on.
Transducer: converts high frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibrational energy.
The horn: connects and fixes the transducer and the tool head, and amplifies the amplitude of the transducer and transmits it to the tool head.
Tool head (introduction rod): transmits mechanical energy and pressure to the work, and also has the function of amplitude amplification.
