Application:

Piezoelectric ceramic transducers realize the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy through the inverse piezoelectric effect, and output power stably.
The ultrasonic welding machine can weld non-woven fabrics very well, and it is environmentally friendly, sterile, efficient and strong.
The ultrasonic welding gun is portable designed for handheld welding, in use for auto parts.
The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.
Ultrasonic atomizer adopts high-efficiency integrated circuit, unique structure design of ultra-small integration.
Our 35kHz ultrasonic welding equipment offers you maximum flexibility to take advantage of the ultrasonic frequency most commonly used in plastics assembly. 35kHz is the industry standard for a wide range of applications and thermoplastic parts.
