Introduction to Ultrasonic Spraying System

  • 2020-09-24

Ultrasonic spraying is a unique spraying technology, which is a spraying method based on ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology. Compared with traditional pneumatic two-fluid spraying, ultrasonic atomized spraying can achieve better uniformity, thinner coating thickness and higher precision. At the same time, because the ultrasonic spray nozzle can be atomized without the aid of air pressure, the use of ultrasonic spraying can significantly reduce the splashing of paint during the spraying process, and realize the purpose of saving paint. The utilization rate of ultrasonic spraying is more than 4 times that of traditional two-fluid spraying. .

Ultrasonic spraying equipment: Use the energy of ultrasonic waves to break up water or liquids to form tiny particles of several microns to more than 100 microns in size to achieve air humidification, liquid granulation, mixing, promotion of chemical reactions, spraying, and metal melting. Powder and other purposes.

Principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying:

Ultrasonic nozzles work by converting high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy, and the mechanical energy is transferred to the liquid to generate standing waves. The liquid is introduced to the atomization surface through the nozzle. When the liquid leaves the atomization surface of the nozzle, it is broken into a fine mist of uniform micron droplets, thereby achieving atomization.

The ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is made of high-strength titanium alloy and other proprietary metals, which gives it excellent chemical resistance and excellent acoustic properties. The electroactive element is contained in a sealed housing that protects the nozzle part from external contamination.

Advantages of ultrasonic spraying equipment

High uniformity: Ultrasonic spraying is a high-performance industrial-grade precision spraying technology, used for high uniformity of sub-micron and nano-scale thin film coating.

Material saving and environmental protection: Because the low-speed spray without pressure is easy to control, and the droplets fall on the substrate instead of rebounding from the substrate, it can ensure a significant reduction in the amount of overspray, save a lot of materials and reduce environmental emissions . The coating utilization rate of ultrasonic spraying is more than 4 times that of traditional two-fluid spraying.

High controllability: When a very low flow rate is required, the nozzle is what you want. When spraying particles are suspended, they have a unique advantage. Through the ultrasonic effect of the nozzle itself, the particles are kept uniformly suspended during the entire spraying process to ensure that the functional particles are more evenly dispersed in a thinner layer.

High efficiency and energy saving: the liquid is transferred to the spray head by its own gravity or low-pressure pump and achieves continuous or intermittent atomization, no blockage, no wear, no noise, no pressure, no moving parts, no cooling water required during atomization, low energy consumption , The equipment is simple, the failure rate is low, the ultrasonic nozzle has a self-cleaning function, and daily maintenance is free.

Widely used: Ultrasonic spraying equipment is mainly used in fuel cells, thin film photovoltaic cells, thin film solar coatings, perovskite solar cells, solar cells, graphene coatings, silicon photovoltaic cells, glass coatings, electronic circuits and other industries. The nozzle can be applied to a variety of solutions, sewage, chemical liquids, and oil mucus can also be atomized.
