Principle:


Rotary ultrasonic machining is a mechanical type of non-traditional hybrid machining process that can be used to process a variety of latest and difficult-to-process materials, including toughness, hard and brittleness, ceramics, composite materials, etc. In rotary ultrasonic machining, the basic material removal phenomenon of ultrasonic machining is combined with traditional diamond grinding, resulting in a higher material removal rate, improved hole accuracy and excellent surface finish.

It is suitable for the precision processing of any hard and brittle materials; especially the drilling, punching, cutting and engraving of glass, gemstones, porcelain, gemstones, semiconductors, ceramics and cemented carbide.
